As both a therapist and group worker, I believe in the importance of having healthy relationships and a sense of belonging in our daily life.

Amy enjoys working with motivated emerging adults & adults who are looking for a warm, authentic, and nonjudgmental space. She provides a safe space for people to investigate what may be holding them back. Some therapeutic goals may include: experiencing a better quality of life, identify and personalize effective coping skills/routines. Importantly, she practices self-compassion throughout the process.
 
As a trauma-informed clinician, Amy understands the importance of validation and acceptance in allowing us to fully engage in the healing process. Because of this, her approach is eclectic and individualized. She draws from experience using CBT, DBT, ACT, somatic therapy, NMT, and IPT. Additionally, she has experience with substance use disorders and family and couples counseling.
