As both a therapist and group worker, I believe in the importance of having healthy relationships and a sense of belonging in our daily life.

Starting therapy can be intimidating, whether it’s our first time or we’re coming back after a hiatus. My hope for each person I have the privilege of connecting with is to help them unravel the chaos and find clarity; clarity in healing can look like identifying ways to move forward, and it can also look like dropping back into our bodies and allowing ourselves to fully feel what is there. I enjoy working with motivated teens, emerging adults, & adults who are looking for a warm, authentic, and nonjudgmental connection. As a trauma-informed clinician, I understand the importance of validation and acceptance in allowing us to fully engage in the healing process. My approach is eclectic and individualized, drawing from experience using CBT, DBT, ACT, somatic therapy, NMT, and IPT.
