As both a therapist and group worker, I believe in the importance of having healthy relationships and a sense of belonging in our daily life.

Starting therapy can be intimidating, whether it’s our first time or we’re coming back after a hiatus. My hope for each person I am connecting with is to help them unravel the chaos and find clarity. For instance, clarity in healing can look like identifying ways to move forward. It looks like dropping back into our bodies and allowing ourselves to fully feel what is there. Working with motivated teens, emerging adults, & adults is where I find joy in my work. However, anyone looking for a warm, authentic, and nonjudgmental connection would be a great fit with me. Together, we will find a path forward that feels most healing. 

As a trauma-informed clinician, I understand above all the importance of validation and acceptance. This allows us to fully engage in the healing process. My approach is eclectic and, therefore, individualized: I draw from  EMDR, DBT, ACT, and somatic therapy.
