Deanna specializes in working with adults and couples facing a variety of concerns, including anxiety, relationship issues, and trauma. She has clinical experience providing trauma-informed care and supporting individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. Deanna is passionate about empowering her clients and offers practical strategies to help them navigate life transitions and gain deeper self-understanding.

In her work with couples, Deanna provides tools to improve communication, strengthen connection, and foster teamwork. Couples therapy offers a space to deepen mutual understanding and work collaboratively toward a healthier relationship. She also brings experience in parenting support and integrates psychoeducation around crisis management and emotional regulation.

In individual sessions, Deanna uses a client-centered approach that creates space for open, authentic conversations. She incorporates elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Gestalt therapy to explore thoughts and emotions more deeply. Her work often includes values exploration, mindfulness, and acceptance-based practices.
