Heather’s expertise includes extensive experience with children and adolescents on the Autism Spectrum and certification as a Clinical Trauma Professional (Level II). 

Her approach to therapy is rooted in client-centered theory, and techniques branch out with an eclectic style, including a holistic perspective (mind, body and spirit) and expressive therapies (i.e. movement, art, nature, music). 

She sees it as her calling to provide others with a safe space for recognition, acceptance and growth of the authentic self.
