Amy strives to create a space where clients can begin to untangle what feels overwhelming and move toward greater clarity. Healing may involve discovering new ways to move forward, reconnecting with the body, and allowing space to fully experience and understand emotions.

Amy especially enjoys working with motivated teens, emerging adults, and adults who may be navigating life transitions, identity development, relationships, or the lasting effects of trauma. Amy approaches therapy collaboratively, helping clients find a path forward that feels supportive and meaningful for them.
